Tom has been building homes for over 20 years. He began North Country Builders of Alaska in 1998 and added the drafting and design part of the business in 2005. Tom has the credentials behind his name to put you at ease and assure you that he is a competent builder and a man of his word. Tom is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor. Tom is a Certified Green Professional (see link below) and holds the AHFC BEES Ventilation Certification (see link below) He is a member of the Mat-Su Homebuilders Association and has served both as the local and state Homebuilders presidents. Nationally, he has also served as a director for NAHB for several years. Tom cares about the building industry and takes great effort to stay on top of his continuing education.

Pam took an active role in the business in 2003 after retiring from the teaching profession. She manages the bookkeeping side of the business & assists clients in making selections for their new homes…from brainstorming to meeting with suppliers, to troubleshooting along the way. Ella, Claire, Thomas & Owen call her “mom,” and there’s not much she enjoys more than taking a great photo.
